Our main warehouse is in Ft. Worth, Texas, about 10 minutes from the Dallas Ft. Worth airport.
All of our hats are inventoried and shipped from this location. The only exception is our Maestro and Virtuoso Collections, which are inventoried and shipped from Southern California.
We stock over 7,000 hats in our Ft. Worth, Texas facility. In fact, we have the largest stock of finished Panama Hats in the US.
We found that warehousing in Ecuador and shipping from there added weeks to delivery and made returns very difficult. That's why we import all of our hats into the US and keep our inventory here.
Our orders are shipped within two business days from the receipt of your confirmed order. We ship via UPS.

Yes. We ship international orders for a flat rate of US$20, with a charge of US$4.95 per additional hat. Please note that this does not include applicable import tariffs in the country of delivery.
We carefully package hats in amply-sized corrugated boxes with support for the hat inside to keep it from flopping around. All packages are handled by one of our professional fulfillment centers in Fort Worth TX, Evansville IN or Stockton CA. We would never roll a Panama hat!
