We offer a size XXL Panama Hat. To make an XXL sized Panama Hat, you must start with a different hat body to get the proportions right. It must be specially blocked so that it can be be finished properly.
We offer the XXL sizing for only the limited number of styles that will actually look right in the XXL proportions.

If you are unsure of your hat size, measure your head using a tape measure and then consult this chart, below. When using a tape measure, measure around the widest part of the head, slightly above the ears. If your measurement is between sizes, use the larger size.
